What is chakra balancing yoga?
The chakra system is a reservoir of energy in the body. There are a total of seven chakras spanning from the crown to the root of the spine. When you have seven clear, open, and spinning chakras, you can have openness and honest exchange of energy with your partner.
In this course, we will learn a yoga practice that allows for fine tuning of your chakras using a combination of physical movement, breath work, and meditation. You will center yourself with the loving embrace of your partner.
Andrea Farrell genuinely loves giving people the guidance to connect to their full potential. She received her International Yoga Alliance certifications at the Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia. She was guided in the core roots of yoga and dove deeply into its eight branches. Since then she has been sharing her knowledge through different modalities including guided imagery, breathing techniques, meditation, and physical movement.
As a wellness coach, she trains her students to increase balance, strength, flexibility and resilience in the body. She has experience guiding in a class environment, one on one privates, and zoom sessions. She loves to hike, travel and cuddle with her kitty.
